Please check the following scenarios:

1.Please check that if you have placed too many images on the webpage. It might slow down the download process, especially image file or video files.    

2. Please check if the image you uploaded was in .bmp. Please convert it to .gif or .jpg and then upload.

3. Check if you are leaving space for between the file names.
Example: "heme bg.gif". If you need to separate the words, please use ¡§_¡¨ to separate them. 

4. We strongly advise the client to resize the original file to size appropriate. It would save your time when downloading.
5. It could also because of the internet bandwidth problem. If there are too many internet users browsing at the same time, the internet could be affected.
6. Check if you place more than 30 products in hot module.
