Q¡GWhat's the difference between Webmaster E-mail and Service E-mail?

Because both webmaster e-mail and service email receive messages from web visitors, we suggest that you fill in the same e-mail to give the instant replies to both.  
Webmaster E-mail: This is for when the visitors cannot get response from the database and when webpage cannot display properly.
Service E-mail: Product request and order related problems

Reply Mail: When "Request Process" sends out email, it would also be CC to the service email.
